Delete a self-signup account
If you created your own workspace using public signup, open Account → Delete account and workspace in the iOS app, or Settings → Subscription → Delete account and workspace on the web. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm. This permanently removes the owner account, staff accounts, leads, activity and stored integrations for that workspace from active CRM storage. It remains available after trial expiry.
This does not delete your Facebook account or data held by Meta. You can remove MCos access in Meta Business Integrations. Earlier copies may remain in restricted server backups. Contact support for backup retention details or an erasure request. Never send passwords or access tokens by email.
Send a request from the email address associated with your MCos CRM account or explain your relationship to the relevant business workspace.
1. Request deletion
Email support@mcos.io with the subject MCos CRM data deletion request. Include:
- Your name and account email.
- The business or workspace name.
- Whether you want your account deleted, your connected Meta data deleted, or both.
- Any relevant Page, lead-form, or connection identifier, without sending passwords or access tokens.
2. What happens next
- We verify the request and your authority to request deletion.
- We disconnect or disable the relevant Meta connection when requested.
- We delete the requested account or data from active MCos CRM systems, subject to legal, security, billing, and fraud-prevention requirements.
- We confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and why.
3. Customer-controlled workspaces
For leads collected on behalf of a business customer, MCos may need to coordinate with that business because it controls the customer relationship and may be the data controller. You can also contact the business that collected your information through its Meta Page or lead form.
4. Connected Meta data
Disconnecting MCos from a Meta Page stops future synchronization, but it does not automatically delete data already stored in a customer’s CRM workspace. Include a deletion request when contacting us.
